Recall and Complaints Policy
In the event of a voluntary or mandatory recall of the Product(s), whether general or limited, the Customer agrees to provide the necessary support and assistance as reasonably requested by Sunmedic AB. It is essential for maintaining the integrity of our products and ensuring customer safety. Additionally, the Customer is required to promptly report any complaints related to the Products by contacting us at complaints@sunmedic.se.
Timely communication of such issues is critical for addressing concerns and implementing corrective actions effectively.
